This week's supermoon cast autumnal amber and gold across the sky as it rose...deep charcoal sky and the ocean turned ebony..spectacular!
Breadfruit, golden yellow.
I passed this very large mango tree heavily laden with fruit ripening in the sun. This color purple is my favorite, obviously, it is all over our website :). The dusty hue is so rich looking. I am inspired by the green undertones and darkening foliage. Nature is truly the best artist in the world :).
People often ask us how we get such rich color in our jewelry designs. I tell them that a seemingly solid color is actually made up of three or four perfectly mixed shades This strange fruit contains brown, hints of yellow, black and green. Natural textures like those found here also provide ideas for our designs.
Even in the islands, we wait for flowers, banyan trees and hibiscus to come into full bloom in spring. The variety of colors in hibiscus never fails to enchant.
